Permanent Fixed Restorative
Zirconia, Porcelain Fused to Metal, and FGC crown and bridge work will be warranted for FIVE years against defects in material or craftmanship, as of date of invoice, and ORIGINAL material only.
E.max® Restorations
Removable/Functional Appliances
All appliances are guaranteed against defects in materials and craftsmanship for 90 days as of date of invoice.
Maintenance Appliances
FULL OR PARTIAL DENTURES
We offer 1 YEAR warranty against defects in material or craftmanship. This is also inclusive of the acrylic portion of Cast Partials.
CAST PARTIALS
We offer 1 YEAR warranty against defects in material or craftmanship for all Metal Frame- work.
RELINES/REBASES/REPAIRS
We offer 90-DAY warranty against materials and craftmanship.
Provisional restorations and immediate dentures are not covered under warranty.*
The warranty is issued to the original clinic who issued the original prescription and is not transferable. It is valid to the original prescription only, and change in treatment including material, or additions are not applicable.
The account with Dental Crafts must be current when the warranty claim is submitted. Accounts not paid within the stated terms will be subject to COD status and a service charge of 2% per month on overdue accounts will apply.
